Our services
We design, build, host, and maintain websites. The specific deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are set out in the plan you choose and any written quote we provide. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Our pricing is a one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer for hosting and ongoing care, as listed on our pricing section. Setup work begins once the setup fee is paid. The monthly retainer is billed in advance and covers hosting, security, backups, and the support included in your plan.
Your content and ownership
You are responsible for the accuracy and the right to use any content, images, and brand assets you give us. On full payment, the website design files, content, domain, and codebase are yours. If you leave us, we hand everything over and help your next developer get set up.
Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revision rounds during the build. Additional changes beyond the included rounds may be quoted separately.
Cancellation
There is no lock-in after month three. To cancel, give us 30 days’ notice and we will export your site and migrate hosting if you want it. There are no clawbacks or exit fees. Retainers already paid are non-refundable for the current month.
Maintenance and uptime
We take reasonable care to keep your site fast, secure, and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting and third-party providers may have occasional downtime outside our control.
Liability
Our services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
