Who we are
HustleSG (“we”, “us”) is a Singapore web studio that builds and maintains websites for small businesses. For any privacy question, reach us at hello@hustlesg.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry details — when you submit our quote or contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us.
- Project information — content, brand assets, and account details you share so we can build and run your site.
- Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics (pages visited, device type, referrer) to understand how the site performs. We do not use this to identify you personally.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver, host, and maintain your website.
- To send service-related updates about work we are doing for you.
- To improve our own site and services.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run our business — for example hosting and infrastructure (Vercel), our content platform (Sanity), and email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own safeguards. We may also disclose data if required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law and our business records. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for its use. To make a request, email hello@hustlesg.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
