Dr Tan has practised family medicine in Singapore for over fifteen years and leads the clinical team at Meridian. No. Our booking takes three short steps and does not require an account, login or password. You provide only your name, mobile number and email so we can confirm your appointment.

We support CHAS, the Pioneer and Merdeka Generation packages, and Healthier SG, with MediSave applicable for selected approved services. Please bring your identification and scheme cards so our team can assist at the counter.

Once your slot is verified in our clinic management system, our reception team sends an encrypted confirmation by WhatsApp or SMS to the mobile number you provide.

Video consultations are appropriate for many non-emergency, follow-up and review situations. Whether telemedicine is suitable for your particular concern is assessed by the doctor. For emergencies, please call 995 or go to your nearest A&E.
